Transport

Since in our Christmas Sweets we don't use any thickeners to prevent its crumbling or breaking, it's very fragile and therefore it is inappropriate to send it via standard mail. Nevertheless we don't exclude this option. If you are going to choose this mean of transport we will send the package by Commercial Parcel of Czech Post with "Fragile" mark. The price is then dependent on the Czech Post price list.

We are aware of the value of the goods and therefore we won't allow ourselves to deliver the goods broken. For this reason, the same as last year, this year we will deliver the sweets by our own transportation. As every year we serve Prague region and we are as well able to serve the regions of Liberec, Pardubice and Vysočina. For this service we charge sum of 99,- CZK in dependence on delivery location. In case you are from different region, please contact us and we will try to solve the delivery individually.

Delivery and Pick up dates for 2017
In this year we route the orders to be prepared for delivery or pick up (as of their best condition) in the week from 18th to 21st of December 2017. (Different dates could be discussed based on mutual agreement. In such a case please advise your requirements in email order.)

New pick up point is located in Prague 10 - Zahradní Město. In case you are interested in personal pick up you will be provided with all the information and opening hours in confirmation email.
